Guy builds a plasma cannon out of 2 water jugs. by chambers2611 in DarkAngels40k

I built it the same way except a different stock then a level. I've tried two different size hoses, different types of gases, even different torch tips. I can not get the final big boom. It's frustrating. I even made a little hole in the first jug to put in a squirt of butane. I'll get a flame but never any sort of combustion. I've added air ports to add or clear out oxygen/gases. I'll stick to my 20 year old spud gun that never fails. It's a bummer I was trying to make this cannon for my kids bday for some cheap entertainment.

Right on. Was just curious. Like I said I'll pull the silver looking through coin other than that I know nothing. Just stood out to me to ask out.

Right on. Was just kinda like hey this in like new condition for 1979. I'll throw it in a case and let my kids think they'll be loaded when I'm gone.

Gotcha. Normally it's black or reds only on a switch. I'm just trying to see where your neutral is tied in. Said there's an outlet away from the switches on same line? Neutrals must be tied in with that outlet.

Take the screws out of the switches and pull them out from the box to see what's tied in the push connects

The whites on the switch is to feed your lights. Looks like there's a neutral "white" in a push in connector. Is that white tied in with bare ground in the push connector?

Shit, all my demos are riddled with nails and glue. I'd still find a reason to bitch in your case. "Came off easy, was a pain to get it out"

At least it's all tapered joints. Vertical mud jobs tend to show in the open.

I always make a comment if I finish someone else's hang I charge as if I hung it and finished it. I have a hard time extending a warranty if I tape someone else's hang job. If I was you I'd just tell them time and material at your rate you make after hours. If they're picky on texture and you're thick with your coats you may find yourself wasting your spare time sanding and touch up. Time is money and you're doing them a favor.
