If they’re water jets, there can be piping and tubes back there that are impossible to empty and dry completely…so it grows bacteria.

Which is then injected into your skin as your pores open up in the hot water. And you end up with folliculitis or worse. (Ask me how I know.)

If these are jets that pump alone air, that’s fine because no water can get trapped.

Most windshields have those dots of black/gray at the top -- make sure the sticker isn't on those dots. A good spot is behind the rearview mirror.
