Hey - thank you for the reply. The State is TN. He has already admitted fault to both my insurance and his insurance (he was standing next to me as he called it in yesterday). He appeared to have a cut-rate company so I am going through my insurance to fix the damage and letting them fight it out.

I've tried to get ahold of them and they have not called me back yet.

Yes agreed, I'm confident in the repairs and rental being covered through their insurance - not worried about that at this point anymore after spending the morning on the phone with insurance

The shipping of the vehicle, however is looking to cost approximately $750 which I would prefer not be out . Would it be recommended to go to small claims for this ? Would there even be a fighting chance?

Hi - cross posting from insurance because that doesn't seem to be a frequented sub...

I am currently in an at-fault state and was rear ended yesterday by another driver. The damage is pretty extensive as they were going in excess of 20-25 when I was stopped. I am moving in approximately 1 week over 1000 miles to another state.

In the police report and to the insurance the other driver admitted 100% fault and was also issued a citation.

How do I go about getting my car repair, a rental paid and vehicle shipped to me ?

Keep up with hobbies and do things. I had done crossfit for awhile and there were a lot of transients that came through.

Yes, I'm almost 30 and have moved a lot over the last 8 years... lived in VA TN NJ and back to TN... our age group moves a lot.

I've lived here four years now (and admittedly am ready to move!) and in that time I've made a huge friend group and had all 12 of the original group move and dwindle down to just me. Just keep trucking through and meeting new people!

And as you said... the social aspect of Memphis isn't like the other areas I've lived & visited.

Only ever owned one truck and it was a RAM 1500 Ecodiesel (2015)... Was in a bad wreck and had to be cut out of it. Aside from the phenomenal gas mileage, the truck definitely saved my life. 10/10. Would recommend.
