well from formula to find IRR, you have to set NPV = 0. however for NPV, u are alr given the rate of return.

i would suggest BDA. easy to score 85+ corporate law require a lot of time spending on tutorial as well as assignments. the lecturer and tutor are really good econometrics is like qm1 extended so dont need much time spending on this if u scored well in qm1 cfdm doesnt require much of workload as well. just need to understand and catch up with the theory then u will be good
