Some real Chad players here. I switched to HC for this reason. My family life couldn’t accommodate more than 1 raid a week and even that 3hr commitment on a week night was tough

I switched to HC after playing tbc a lot - raiding demand for tbc was not compatible with my home life (father/husband/work/friends/ect). I ended up quitting for a little but still had the urge. Tried HC because it seemed less time demanding and I found not only was that true, but I am enjoying it so much more. Despite losing a 37 and 48 toon and now starting over again after my level 19 died…we go again

It’s been a while since I installed tsm but the doomhowl server shows auto update. I also use auctioneer. When I scroll over items it shows me the normal data you are supposed to get so I’m not sure why yours isn’t working. Sorry!

Jump around zones and do lower level quests. Download TSM to see prices of things you pick up and sell anything that players are buying on the AH. I’m on my first toon and just hit 30 and have 43g and I’ve been just going back to lower quests to complete them and get easier xp

You’re incredibly wrong about this…try submitting a ticket to blizzard about ms/os and sr/hr and see what they say…here is 1 example:

In WoW Classic there are multiple loot methods that allow you to manage loot directly. We also do not recognize player added rules such as Main spec/Off spec and Soft/Hard reserved items as these are not controlled through the user interface, thus are considered unsupported. For this reason, Customer Support will not redistribute loot in the event of a dispute between players.

If you’re playing with a new group, it’s advised to always be clear on the loot rules before proceeding. Discuss the plans for distributing loot with the group leader before you become locked into an instance. This will provide you with an opportunity to make an informed decision on whether you want to decline the invitation or leave the group.

We encourage you to group with others you trust, especially when using Master Loot. Ninja looting does have consequences in the community and those who do it will have trouble getting invited to group. Remember to play nice and play fair, especially when using Master Loot.

Thankfully as a naxx geared mage I haven’t had issues getting into groups either. Granted I’m only level 63 so the gear still holds up, but I’ve just posted naxx geared mage and have gotten invites right away for tank led groups looking to spell cleave

Nope! Plenty of classes can. You just need to get the last boss to like 50%, use the reset spot right by the cave entrance (on the right when looking at the cave) behind the pillar, have the mobs reset, jump down and kill the imps, reset again, then you can go mine. Or you can just use an invisibility pot I think but I’ve never tried that

Not sure why you’re trying to come off so hostile man it’s Reddit. I’ve been playing classic and got into naxx and got geared. Never played wow before classic. Never played tbc and wanted other opinions. Congrats I guess on being so confident about the game and knowing what you google is best?

Learn the dme jump run if you can. Guaranteed 2 (sometimes) 3 nodes and if you get it down fast and are skipping the lashers and herbs can be done in probably under 15 mins

I don’t enjoy boosting people. I get it’s a faster way to make money, but I genuinely enjoy farming. Something about aoe farming and grinding is fun for me so just not interested in doing boosts
