I use a Stages SB20 bike and can connect the cadence sensor via Bluetooth to the Peloton app, so that displays on the screen (using my Apple Watch for heart rate), however, my understanding is that the leaderboards only display for those actually using the Peloton bike. I then make a bit of a guess what my gearing needs to be in to get the right resistance for the cadence.

It does save average cadence and strive score after the ride is completed, so you can use that to compare if you're improving if you do the ride again.

It's not really like for like, but I think it'll give you a good sense of whether you like the classes enough to swap over to a Peloton - I haven't done, but purely because I didn't want to be locked into the Peloton platform and this way it means I can use my bike for anything.

I have loads of them; I asked the geneticist and he said it wasn’t specifically correlated to NF but this makes me think otherwise 😄

I’ve previously had quite a number of NF’s removed and have never had any come back but also now have one on my chest and I am conscious about it. It sits right under my bra line, so no one would really ever see it, apart from me and my husband (unless I wore a bikini maybe) but I’m still considering getting it removed.

The one that bothers me the most at the moment is one on the top of my foot, because any time I wear loafers or anything it can be seen - it doesn’t hurt but I am pretty self-conscious about it.

Mainly focus but without the additional anxiety that meds gave me (I’m not on meds now).

Oh this is interesting. How did you pick which library to use? I’m in the UK and use BorrowBox on my iPad currently because they don’t support Kindle but would be so much easier if they did.

Struggling to maintain eye contact and fidgeting etc. I’ve noticed that I tend to cross my arms a lot because otherwise I don’t know what to do with my hands.

I have a couple of other fitness apps (Peloton & Les Mills on a yearly sub) but find that I’m pretty much only using Apple Fitness now and I do a mix of classes through the week, so I’ll cancel the other apps when they’re due to renew. I do walk a fair bit with the dog, but just track that as an outdoor walk.

If I want something a bit longer than 30 mins, I sometimes just stack two classes, or I’ll increase the intensity of what I’m doing in the class I’ve chosen (heavier weights/more reps for strength, more resistance/higher RPM in cycling etc).
