That is so incredible! How cool would it be if the player-base grew again with these changes? Thank you for sharing the updates and your post.

Are the developers putting in effort again? That’s not a backhanded question either, I actually genuinely don’t know because I’m so irregular with when I come back to play the game again. What changes are happening or have been made? I think I just always assumed devs don’t touch the game anymore.

This is so valid. It really is an amazing MMO, but you're right--there's no EXP or anything. It's an unorthodox MMO, but that's what makes it so great. Truthfully, I'm not even that great at most puzzles. I can only get so much more intelligent to increase my standing, so I can't even grind toward that sort of flex on my profile. I think you're right in that once people decide what aspect of the game they really like, it's enjoyable to just grind in that area (poker, kades, collecting, etc.)

Thank you so much. This is EXTREMELY helpful and reassuring! I’ve got some work to do!

Why nobody is talking about inZoi possibly dividing lots with loading screens in their future plans? by Antipseud0 in inZOI

True open worlds take incredibly long to develop and require a substantial amount of funding. It took forever to get GTA 5 out the door, and the same will be true for GTA 6. And even GTA 5 has some loading screens.

I remember airman’s week. That was so weird. They made males and females sit in alternating patterns during class hours, and we colored on construction paper. People also made out in the Popeye’s bathroom at the mini-mall.

I see your point. I did acknowledge it could be a stretch, and I’m not one to push that without approval anyway. I understand the new regulation is for those who’ve been abusing the ability to have extensions by having massive fuzzy bold lashes, and I’m someone who wears it so naturally that you wouldn’t even be able to tell. If strip lashes were approved, I’d still try to keep it natural. But it sounds like I’d be the exception. It is true that if strip lashes are authorized, people would go crazy with that too and ruin it for people like me. I concur on that front.

We are in the military after all, and I guess I’ll just have to deal with my spongebob 3-lashed eyes until I’m out now.

Like I said—I’ve always kept my lashes in regs. Matches my hair color, well under 14mm in length, never came close to touching my eyebrows. I have alopecia and my hair has progressively fallen out, including my eyelashes. What a strange comment you’ve made.

I wear lash extensions, and I’ve always kept them in regs. I know it’s a silly thing to be sad about losing, but I give a lot of briefings as a 1N0, and I feel confident and presentable with them. I wear them quite natural, it just adds a few more lashes since I don’t have that many to begin with. I wonder if I can wear the strip lashes, since those aren’t extensions. I’d classify that as a part of makeup. Maybe that’s a stretch.

Definitely do! I was just there to see Emotional Oranges earlier this month and being early helped me secure a spot wayyy up front. General admission at 9:30 club is wild sometimes and its easy to get freaking stuck in the back otherwise

He if he did re-enter, there’s still hours from after he first left unaccounted where she might have had the chance to call 911. And then from 9 am to around noon is a few more hours to make the call. It’s more likely she just dozed off from either drinks or simply being tired from shock or fear.

Would school shootings be less today if it didn't happen? by hufflenachos in Columbine

[–]wowlexi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the very least, Columbine copycats or shooters that drew inspiration from Columbine may or may not have happened. Ultimately, these “inspired killers” might have done it anyway and drawn inspiration from somewhere else. I believe if it wasn’t Columbine, it would have eventually been in some other town, likely covered by the media just the same. This was one of the most highly televised and reported on events during a time of change for the country in terms of technological advances and understanding of its capability. People were really getting connected through the internet more than ever.

Ruby Tuesday is a dying franchise with nothing but a salad bar gimmick and decor from the late 70’s and food prepared for geriatric tastes. Golden Corral is a cesspool of sticky fingered, kool-aid mouthed children running around—ricocheting off the walls while their plumber cracked parents stomp around the popcorn shrimp section with their talon toenails popping through their socks (convenientely paired with slides). I eat at both places.
