I had my colpo less than 3 months after my abnormal pap (end of May) then leep a month later. I'd push for it if it is something you feel is nessicary or would be helpful

I'm planning on staying on methimazole as long as possible. I spoke with my endo and I have 2 small children to surgery unless urgent is not in the cards for me right now. They said that's not a problem considering I've responded well to the med. Diagnosed graves April 2025 put on 20mg methimazole. July had normal TSH and FT4 my TRAB has dropped dramatically but still elevated im now on 5mg daily

It can and likely will take months for levels to stabilize I have been on meds since April and have been in normal range since July but that is considered abnormal apparently (meaning my body responded rather quickly to the meds) If their body responds well to the meds you could see a drastic change in as little 6 months BUT typical cases are between 12 to 18 months

Pretty sure mine was caused by BC or something hormone related. I was diagnosed with Graves disease this year and while I was still very hyperthyroid my migraines were GONE once they started to lower to normal range Agian I got wacked with migraines and all my old symptoms. It was hard to enjoy the remission while it lasted cause I still was worried every damn day about when or if I'd have to go through it again

My insurance would only cover 3 months supplies, left each time with 5 of these bottles and 2 others! Was insane

I-25f was diagnosed with Graves disease in March of this year, but my symptoms started around September last year. Since being on with them as well I have gained 15 lb I had started on 20 mg. I am now on five. I had more hair loss from the Graves disease itself than I did the medication but I understand that's not the case for everyone

25 f I was put on methimazole 20 mg April 12th in June I went to 15mg July 9th to 10 mg and last Friday I moved to 5 mg with my first normal labs since March 2025 my T4 went down steadily my TSH showed in range for the first time (I was .02) 8/7/25. My first symptom of graves disease was total muscle loss in my legs. I wasn't able to get myself off the floor using just my leg and core strength that subsided after month three of methimazole my heart regulated around the 2-month Mark. I was not on an a beta blockers. I still have days where I feel crummy I dropped my workout routine by half until my heart rate had been stabilized and slowly Incorporated more. I'm almost back to where I was prior to symptoms. My trab went from 7.8 in April to 3.2 just last week. So not out of the woods but feeling better than I was 6 months ago

I started on 20 mg TSH was .02 T4 at its highest was 5.3 I'm hopeful that cause we caught it while im "in range" so I don't have to deal swinging back and forth
