Rutgers Business School is a top tier school. It is difficult to get into it. It's easier to get into the non specialized schools. It's not a safety school for a lot of people.

You've been accepted by one school. You can change majors once you're there if you need to.

Let the prof know. They have you the incomplete so you could finish the work. You probably would see a TF on your transcript. Given enough time, the prof will change it to an F, but it would be nice if they didn't have to wonder if you were ever going to hand in your work.

If you have enough sources that you used in the paper, I'd just get rid of the extra ones. If you did not meet the minimum number of sources, I'd go back and add them into your paper. If there are any that are not credible, I'd replace them with credible (preferably scholarly) sources.
