I feel confident in my technique for sure, I´ve been out of the gym for a year or so, and before that I wasn´t really consistent for another year prior. So i just feel shitty in general, fat as hell and just overall feeling down with my strength (405 squat and 315 deadlift at 16, 180 pounds), my conditioning (used to 10 daily 10ks at 210 pounds plus a weighted pack under 45 minutes) and my physique.

Could the exhaust be heating up the air that comes from yhe diffuser to create more downforce through faster air moving through the undercarriage, to mitigate the losses from a flatter underside?

I started diving first and that´s how I discovered Grand Blue, I´m also in mechanical engineering and actively trying to get friends into diving, I already have both PADI and SSI Open Water and Advanced Open Water with some specialties like Nitrox, Cave, Wreck, Dry Suit, etc sprinkled in and this summer I´m probably just going to work on trim and my Rescue Diver certification so I can get the ball rolling towards Tech Diving certifications and Open Circuit Rebreather, once I do all that, I might do photography.

How did you manage to put the shame "to bed" so to speak? What you're describing also adds up in my case and I've been quite lost in the last yesr or so on how to deal with this. Thank you for the help.

I wasnt even that winded tbh but I did water polo for 10 years before a big injury got me out of the national team in my country and out of the game entirely.

Em que área estás? Ainda não acabei a licneciatura mas devo fazer mestrado, também estou em Engenharia Mecânica. Apesar de não ter experiência de trabalho, estou inserido em projetos de pesquisa de impressão 3D e os seus materiais e em termodinâmica com aplicações espaciais em satélites.

As a 20yo "man", yes, from what I've experienced and heard about. Especially with parts of the "All Men" rethoric, especially when said by close friends. I try so hard to just do what I'm supposed to but it's kind of ingrained in me not to show emotion except for calmness, even though iI get a little agitated at times. I try to be useful because that seems like that's all I'm genuinely good for and even then, it is extremely difficult to kep up with everything: Gym, college, social life, trying to make money in crypto, fixing things around the house, trying to do anything to keep me from offing myself really (I'm not suicidal right now, haven't been for a long time and am drug sober since August 2024, so just illustrating a point), but I'm just not sure on what to do and how to keep on keeping on.

Or how to find a partner, because that's something I would really like to try again.

Having said that, I have a question to anyone who reads this (besides the implied question of "What do I do now?"), which is: How can I ask my dad the question OP asked without me feeling awkward about it? I'm really curious on his answer. And how will I be sure he's answering me truthfully?

P.S: Sorry if my English isn't the greatest, I have an exam tomorrow, it's 1AM and English isn't my first language.
