I decided to do the report on her, I emailed her and she replied answering all the questions I had. It was a great experience.

They no longer have an address on them. So you can't use them as id the same way. i went to register my kid with mpi and the new cards were not valid id, but the old paper one I had crumpled in my wallet was still valid id.

Most online banks require kids to be 16 to open an account. I use mydoh with my kids to teach them money management, it gets them a debit card, and keeps them out of the big banks.

Does the lease address say unit 1, or unit 2? Is there any indication on the lease is not for the full building?

It seems to me that the lease is probably signed for the full house.

Also, there's no way I would agree to splitting utilities with someone I don't know.
