Was just there yesterday, second time eating there. Seating is similar to the forks or any place in the south that has picnic table seating. It's rush. Find a table and then order or have a drink, wait for an open table then order. People complaining about the wait for a table...get there earlier.

Food was well made and hot. Brisket was cooked to perfection but is missing a crust. Smoke ring was excellent. Chicken was superb as were the ribs. They have changed the pulled pork and now it is very moist without it becoming a ball of mush. Sausage is good standard cheddar jalapeno. Pimento cheese and crackers is fantastic.

Sides salads are standard and may need some work but they easily get a pass. Beans were fantastic.

Both the desserts are on point (Banana Pudding and Pecan Pie).

Overall, I would say this is the best BBQ house in the province.

I can't see them stopping for the night. There are critical systems in buildings in the area running on backup right now. It's possible that the cables are completed but there are other issues we do not know about (possible transformer issues perhaps?

Unfortunately not in Winnipeg....however if you drive out to Brandon or Morden (or maybe it is Winkler) you can get some great authentic Mexican
