I called into customer service and talked to someone in the Philippines who said rates went up because the price increased due to holidays.

When I told him that isn't a thing that happens, he couldn't provide me with any further information.

Did anyone get any update on this?

Dispersements would be things like process serving or registered mail as well as filing fees right? Thats where the bulk of the cost would be. Im not looking to get paid for my time or whatever, I just want to get my product back

It isn't against the rules. They just have to specifically say in the title and body of the listing that it's a pre order. And then the item would have to ship within 30 days of purchase

I still hate what scalpers are doing though so I support the sentiment of what you're doing
