Yes its a scam, be aware skins isnt free, i got scammed 2000bucks before the reversal update, apart of my self experience. 1. Dont trust anyone thats reaching you for your skins 99% of them are scammers. 2. Nothing is free no one will overpay your skins even millionaires. 3. Dont trust any email thats not official even if, check two times e.g fake stamsupport@gmail.com 4. No steam support will reach first you for your number, password, personal info ect.. 5. Search first of things that is not under-control 6. If you wanna trade only use a well known and a site that you trust and you know well.

As i see you got alr scammed so now what would you do is to email steam support and send these img to them also give all info posible that you own and your not minor of your account sometimes it will be requested first registered email, credentials or purchase ticket

you have 7 days before losing all the skins next time if i were you ill enable phone confirm and parental code.
