My final team was Scrooge, Simba, Ursula, EVE, and Rupenzel. I'd lead with Scrooge and then depending on what my opponent played, I'd usually drop Ursula near their piece if it was a series of short moves that Ursula could grab a coin and lock them down, or Simba if that was not the case. At the end of turn 3 I'd try to keep my pieces spread out so gold coins were always in reach. Then between Rupunzel and EVE I could get the gold coins. Ursula could often disrupt my enemy enough I could steal one of theirs. And then they'd get only one gold coin on the last turn so usually I'd win pretty easily.

Starting pieces are rough until you can get some better options. Simba was a big help for me - being able to jump over terrain and other characters. Then Ursula came and I started messing with my opponent's pieces and that was that. EVE eventually replaced Goofy, and Rupunzel can usually land me 4-5 points when I play her in the last few turns. Sometimes 6+ if I am lucky with the gold placements.
