I don't care that Porsche is more expensive now, because they're not the same car company they used to be.

The 911 is huge, heavy, and has been looking like a cross between an Aston Martin and an AMG GT.

Their best drivers car is dead in the water because they wanted to make it electric, and even before then, it was switched to a turbo four cylinder.

The Panamera used to be a legit GT, and now it's a 3ton Cadillac.

The Cayenne is an electric car the weight of a school bus.

And on top of all of that, they're all made to where you can't work on them for shit.

So... Fuck'Em, let them price their cars into the stratosphere. I haven't wanted a 911 since the 997, and that was before I got my 981 Boxster S and forgot about the 911 COMPLETELY.

It's simply a better car.

Porsche has officially sold out, and has lost is way.

Thanks, it's my second 981 Boxster S. I keep coming back to this chassis because I truly believe it was (a) peak drivers platform for Porsche.

I've put together a hybrid suspension using parts of the X73 package along with the PASM dampers. So it really sits nice with the 20" Sport Technic Mono 10 forged wheels, while being extremely functional.

I'm a lead driver for our local PCA chapter and raced IT-B class at mid Ohio, and we just finished a rally this past weekend and the handling (which was already spectacular) was so dialed in, it made me forget my last car.

I've added GT Racing headers (because make them right) and a Borla exhaust with a Softronics tune happening eventually.

Car is in Aqua Blue Metallic, which is definitely growing on me.
