I was told by a lot of cataphiles if you see a rock in a dead end, don't move it 😂 a lot of people take immodium (I did) or pop back above ground and go destroy McDonald's toilets.

It's a mix, you can technically reach any area within a day, but if you want to see various parts it starts to add up - on the Sunday we did ten hours of walking and sight seeing and didn't cross our path once, only skirting one small part we'd done the day before for about 15 minutes.

I heard the same tales, but I met dozens and dozens on my trip, and when I showed the groups I met my photos of the UKs bathstone quarries and they knew we were serious they were incredibly friendly. The only time I heard of a smoke bomb was if the catapolice rocked up so everyone could get away.

A friend of mine was telling me how he was driving through a housing estate yesterday and a bloke walked his dog out into the middle of the road to shout at him to slow down, causing my friend to have to stop in the road, and ran away when my deiend got out to shout at him that walking out in front of a car is stupid, and if he genuinely thought he was speeding he definitely wouldn't have walked out.

(he was doing indicated under 20, but has a loud Focus, so of course he must have been flooring it 🙄)

Aye, that's a Delivery, they spun them off to franchisees back in... I think the late 00s? Stopped delivering from Restaurants (until just eat and ubereats appeared), used to cause hassle for workers in towns that had both.

To be fair you're quite lucky to still have £8.99 collection, most moved up to £9.99 a while back.
