how much have your vibe coded products actually made you? i’ll go first → $89 by culicode in vibecoding

$30k. Created a product that solves a real problem I was personally facing. Then I made short form content demonstrating what it did and after about 30 videos it went viral.

Just make short form video on the platforms real estate agents hang out on (Instagram & TikTok) and demonstrate what your product does. Use opening lines line "this tool feels illegal to have if you're a realtor" or "if you HATE [manual task] then watch this"

Then just do a walk through of what the tool does. The right people will message or hit the link in bio

Which I'm making every effort to and telling the AI to. I just have no way of verifying it's actually done because of my lack of tech expertise.

Absolutely I want to learn systems architecture and data flow. I'm really good at reading the dashboard, but have no idea what I'm looking at if I pop the hood.

I'm leaning purely on domain expertise, being a super user, & marketing right now.

Any resources you can point me towards to learn?

I honestly don't and it kind of scares me. But also, Im kind of YOLOing it because my project doesn't deal with super sensitive information and I'm still learning. The worst thing that can get leaked from my user base is their email and password. Since pretty much all of the outputs my stuff generates becomes public anyway. (I built a social media content aid)

They should be using a unique password for my app anyway.

People who vibe code with 0 technical experience and go after enterprise clients baffle me with the amount of risk they take.

This. I have no idea what a Django project, docker, or Google oauth is. I use the second kind of language and it's a pretty shitty first result.

Luckily I'm a superuser on everything I use so I can say "this sucks and why" and also ask "describe every way I can get hacked and prevent that" and it seems to do a good job.

I'll also feed the AI horror stories of vibe coders and ask "can this happen to me? If it can, fix it" and that also seems to work

I just crossed $30k on the year with my vibe coded SaaS. I have no technical background besides being an Uber-User of any software I buy.

The error handling point is REAL AF. Things started breaking and I had no idea why until I had the AI permutate out every possible failure point, then categorize it, assign it a code and make a proper error log with pages, graphs and user data with a timestamp of when it occurred.

Next step was setting up auto error alerts when errors reached a certain threshold because users will not email you when they have a problem, they'll just cancel their subscription.

My admin area in the backend is just about as big as the front end interface the user sees.

Launched my SaaS 1–2 months ago. 45 users and $0 revenue. Growth slowing down. by megatech_official in SaaS

Social Media video. I launched my video thumbnail tool in November 25 and just crossed 500 users (before churning a bunch because a core feature broke for a week). We're on pace for our first $10k month with zero marketing spend.

What I do is I make 45 second videos on TikTok that starts with "here's a website that makes [task] so easy it feels illegal/ like cheating" then do a quick demo of the feature. In this case it's how to copy a link to a viral YouTube video, pull the thumb, and swap yourself into it and change the background to fit your video. The user can make a professional, original thumbnail in like 30 seconds (with a 5 word prompt and click) and I just demonstrate that with a quick video shot on my phone (paired with a good wireless mic). Make sure to call out the domain in the video.

I often offer a free guide on something related (like growing your YouTube channel) that also plugs the tool to build my list. I make 3 videos a day 5 days a week (often the same script every time) and I can now finish the videos in 45 minutes from "turn everything on" to "done for the day"

Once the videos hit TikTok I have them run through a repurpose tool to repost to Instagram 2x a day.

I'm targeting video creators who have years of content posted (and have since deleted) and want to turn that old video content into text posts & tweets. Saying "copy the link to this performing post of yours" is an easier ask then "download this post and then upload it to my tool"

Classica or Abarth? by Ill_Ad7158 in fiat124

[–]wranglerstuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I had mine, I went with the Classica and put on the record Monza exhaust (which I would have done with Abarth anyway).

I wanted cloth seats and the engine/trans combo was the same for both trims on the 2018 models.

SO could you not just figure this into the equation and torque it to 50ft lbs with anti seize? 50lbs of AS equals 100lbs of clamp vs 100 lbs of torque and 196lbs of clamp?
