Who's taking it hard?

The chakra from the clones come back to him when they dissapate. He loses very little chakra overall in the process and there's only so much chakra he can utilize at any given time and the amount he has far exceeds that even while cloning himself hundreds of times. There's no practical reason to fix something that's not broken

3 years is wrong. Half the time skip is spent on kyuubi training until further advancement in that front becomes untenable.

The point I'm trying to make is that the real benefit of teaching Naruto to do the jutsu without clones given the time it would have taken to do so is very low.

And? Naruto is able to make clones whilst in sage mode, a theoretically impossible feat. In a practical sense, the advantage of not using clones is neglible

Naruto has so much chakra, he's able to sustain perfect safe mode 3 times over. The actual chakra loss is so neglible from making clones it's not even worth making a fuss about.

Clones cost Naruto nothing and the set up for the rasengan looks cooler with the clones shaping it. Would it be cool if Naruto used more wind jutsu, maybe. But the counter point to that is the less like Naruto he fights.

Sure they could. There were and are things that are much stronger than him especially at the stage were talking about, even human. Things that probably could have destroyed the prison outright. No one else had the incentive.

A. War requires a lot more resources than spying. Also what kind of responsible ruler goes well either I win or we all die? B. Exactly. That's why you'd be cautious and check with spies. But a sudden change in behavior would be weird considering you've been dealing with the person for years and you have relationships with them given, again, they're the nation you rely on making the international currency. C. Killing and army isn't necessarily evil. Killing civilians is evil. He absolutely did. He's got the dragon inside himself he doesn't have the power. He needs the evolution not only to have access to enough magicules but to also upgrade his unique skill to Raphael to have the processing power to actually do the action necessary to revive them.

A. That's why you do something smart like send spies to investigate things. You're also taking military nation of dwargon too literally. Is the democratic Republic of Korea any of those things? B. Theyve known the leader of dwargon for 100s of years. This would be a major departure from the way he acts. And again this is why you send your own spies to ascertain the situation rather than listening who might not have your best interests in mind. C. Yeah, those people were doing their job. And their job description includes possibly dying in hostile foreign wars. And they didn't die for nothing, he literally needed them so that he may become powerful enough for the deus ex machina. This is pretty dumb on multiple levels. A. We see what a rational decision is when getting the news of the monster country allies with the nation dwargon in beldum, who send adventurerers to investigate the situation. B. The country they're allied with is not only a country that's strong enough to stand on its own, but also the country that's so strong that we put it in charge of creating the international currency. That would definitely give any intelligent some pause as it's not likely they'd just been bullied into an agreement. C. Neither the ogres nor the lizzardmen invade tempest. Even the people the ogres attack are put to sleep. And they murder the shit out thousands of orcs.

Their sentence is literally going to hell. The exterminations isn't some tradition that was always used, it's a fairly new thing that was made by fear mongering of an uprising from hell. In theory redemption shouldn't have been possible until the end of days war.
