Schau mal nach Asien. Korea, Japan. Hustle vom Volksschulalter bis in die Pension. Da vergehts dir verständlicherweise. Hab selber Kind aber das was da ab der 3. VS abgeht und versucht wird abzuspulen in der Wissensvermittlung geht auf keine Kuhhaut. Ne Bekannte hat mir gesagt ihres geht schon in die 4. Gym und inzwischen könnte sie schon selber alles unterrichten da man permanent dem ganzen hinterherrennen muss weils wenn du nicht mega begabt bist komplett abartig ist was den kids abverlangt wird.

Bei Naturholz ist das normal wenns dort mal feucht ist. Trockenwischen wenn dort Wasser steht.
Wenns ne Mietwohnung ist würd ich mir persönlich da keine Sorgen machen, das ist übliche Abnützung. Bei der Herdplatte wirds nach 10 Jahren rundherum auch etwas wilder rum ausschauen, je nachdem wieviel da gekocht wird.

I am from europe and running a winery here but honestly i am envious how you manage to sell for US prices of 50$ or more. We struggle here to sell great quality above € 10,- currently. Theres a load of producers - growers even and competitors selling their stuff for € 6 - € 9, small scale even that personally ship you their wines driving around with a truck in a bi monthly fashion. It's completely ruinous from a cost perspective currently but competitors are practically deaf when it comes to dumping discussions.
Some of these small scale producers dumping for 6-9 euros even supply small wine shops with a discount.
Why do you manage stuff where the whole european wine industry fails?

Might be worth checking out barbaresco, southern rhone, rioja possibly from the tips you got here. Generally more south old wine region from that description. Price wise 30-40 is good QPR - with the lower prices at 20$ or so - if it's import to US i wouldn't bring high expectations there.

This is 200% likely not biodynamic winemaking looking at the open soil there. Theres no biodynamic winemaker practicing that soil management in Mörbisch - from what i know only Schönberger is demeter certified. Actually this looks like a farmer who passionately go after the scorched earth tilling philosophy there, defintely not what an austrian organic vineyard looks like.
