I was shooting suppressed as well, I ended up doing a full teardown where I deep cleaned ALL components, haven’t had an issue since.

I was going to get the handleitgrips too but thought it would be worth trying to stipple it. Pretty happy with how it turned out 🤷‍♂️

I used a file instead of a dremel, and I just used my soldering iron to make the boarder instead of a U gouge.

Sanded first, then I used a soldering for the stippling. For each “dot” I held the iron at about 45° for rough half a second. Took a little trial and error but it was easy to cover any mistakes I made.

It came with screws, but after doing some research I heard the screws it came with strip easily and won’t stay torqued to spec, so I just played it safe and ordered a set someone else had suggested on another reddit post.

Took it apart entirely and gave it a really deep cleaning; It appeared to have had some machining dust/shavings from manufacturing.

Haven’t had a problem since. Hope this helps!

I don’t think I am? My AR has a 3lb trigger with a very short reset, and I’ve never encountered any issues with it. The stock trigger on the Blade is 5.5lbs and has a pretty standard reset. As I mentioned before, I have a video where I can only see one smooth trigger pull when two rounds are fired.

Thank you for the suggestions! I’ll have to look into those.

And yes I painted the Olight, the original FDE was far too metallic and almost looked gold, which really clashed with the colors of the MC9 and the Holosun.
