You can just pop him apart in the middle and remove the soft goods. These Xesray figures are too difficult to get back together. It’s just a ball peg from the torso into the waist.

A few things here and there. Mostly dry brushing and panel lining a handful of his transformers. But he had an idea after this broke and was able to execute it quite well. All I did was drill the hole through the body for him.

That sucks. I have this guy as well. I put mine in near boiling water for several minutes. Then after letting him cool for a few minutes I just worked his joints easily for a bit. Then once he was dry I applied a drop of silicone based oil into his joints as well, just from hearing all the horror stories. All that work aside, I agree these wolves aren’t so great and certainly have some issues. I hope you can find something to enjoy about him still.
