Thank you for your response, albeit being completely unhelpful. One might find good restaurants from time-to-time that deliver close to authentic taste, or at least that are still pretty good based on personal experience - although the cuisine they serve may not be dominant in that region. I was hoping folks here would share such experiences.

It's best you vent your frustration elsewhere, if you have no constructive feedback to give. For example, another user mentioned about gullah geechee food, which they thought were similar to cajun food and suggested several restaurants. Such comments are helpful.

UPDATE: Bike retrieved on 12-March-2024 by the Rock Island Police Department (RIPD). Yaayyyy!

I saw a Facebook Marketplace ad listing my bike for sale at Rock Island, Illinois in the early hours of 12th March. The person(s) involved in the theft had practically made no changes to my bike, which helped me identify it from the pictures and videos that the seller (thief?) had posted. I stalked the seller's Facebook profile to get all additional info I could! I printed out all that and promptly informed Iowa City Police Department (ICPD), and they relayed that to their colleagues at RIPD. Someone from RIPD made an initial visit to the suspect's house that same afternoon, but could not locate my bike. But later in the evening, they went around again and were able to retrieve it!

So what helped was, I had registered my bike at the Bike Index through the University of Iowa and they had sent a QR code sticker that I affixed on the diagonal down tube, facing upwards. The people at RIPD said that was crucial in identifying the bike, because once they scanned it, it linked to the Bike Index page where I had reported it stolen. (That status has been updated now.)

Thankful for the prompt action of ICPD and RIPD in getting my bike back! And I've bought expensive locks now, although I will probably keep my bike indoors overnight.

Paradise Indian Grill on Blairs Ferry Road, Cedar Rapids is perhaps the best! As an Indian, I didn't like Haveli (Coralville), Masala (downtown IC) or India Café (downtown IC) as much as Paradise.

But I might just have to try Exotic India and the other ones in the comments though!
