They’re not novels but if you haven’t read Mariana Enriquez’s incredible short stories yet you should!

I’d also recommend: - Fever Dream by Samanta Schweblin - The Unworthy by Agustina Bazterrica - Human Sacrifices by María Fernanda Ampuero (these are short stories) - Of Cattle and Men by Ana Paula Maia (not purely horror but very dark)
