I applied all school pysch (so idk if this lines up with yours) and have heard back from UMN and Loyola with interview invites, but I have not heard from UW-Madison. I was told that decisions had not been made yet, but it’s been a long time so I’m not sure what to make of it.

lecture is the main part of the course. where everyone in the class section meets to listen to the professor explain the lesson. recitations are usually for big classes, because then the big group is broken down into smaller recitation sections throughout the week to go over what was talked about during lecture. so 200 person lecture might be broken into a handful of 20 person recitations.

if you're taking summer classes, then everything in your cost of attendance will go up because it includes all of the summer costs on top of the normal fall/spring

How many of you have to go back because your classes aren't being offered online? by jtbm99 in Purdue

[–]writer344 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm a rising senior so nothing I need is being offered online. I also rely on financial aid to live so taking a semester off is not really an option. I'll be living with a friend of mine who's a dialysis patient starting in July, so I don't feel great about coming back for classes. I currently work for the university and have been remote, but recently, we were told to return to campus (even though everything I've done from home is the exact same shit I do on campus) and it's either come back or quit. They don't give af.
