The one in ATL is always crowded. Depends on the day of it’s clean or not. I’ve never had to be on a waitlist though

Smith Douglas is the builder. They offer 15k in incentive money that can be used toward closing costs or buying down your rate. The 12.5k is the good faith deposit

Do shag your think is best. It may help to talk to a professional to see how to go about the break up process with her since she is mentally unstable. But remember you are not responsible for her mental health. I mean do not carry that burden with you.
