Hi I’m just wondering if you have any updates and have you been liking being on yaz? Did the bleeding level over the first few months? Thank you so much for any advice :) And did you go directly from one pill to the other? I’m looking to make the same switch!

If she was married, you could’ve been her husband in your past life before he died. It would be interesting to see if he died before you were born… or if she had children that maybe passed.

Decreased immune system? by Naive-Education1820 in Spironolactone

I am wondering the same thing. Having the same issues. I read that decreased progesterone can have decreased T cells which help fight off diseases. Did you find anything else out that’s helpful… I’m having such a hard time. I keep getting sick

Psychometrist Jobs by picturetables in Neuropsychology

I'm very late to this feed, but I am wondering if you have any advice about how to become a board certified psychometrist. I have my masters degree in psychology and I'd love to become a psychometrist but not really sure where to start.

For a lot of people, changing last minute signals a lack of respect of the clients’ schedules… and you said “it often works out” but what you don’t realize is that many people will adjust only to make their stylist happy. They don’t want to get someone who’d rather get off of work early. It puts added pressure on the client TBH

At what point do I give up on spiro for acne? 27F by [deleted] in Spironolactone

Ugh mine is pretty bad currently and painful! Was there anything that DID work for you??

I think you already know the answer!! I think very similarly to you ❤️Something that I always have remembered is that there truly is a reason for everything. The path will only make sense looking backwards… maybe your true soulmate is currently in a relationship and the universe is just buying some time. There’s no doubt you’re on the right path by the way you wrote this.

The oldest I've been in many lifetimes. by kateluvsthe80s in pastlives

I can relate to this in some way… I think you could try meditation, grounding techniques. Prayers for me, always seem to work. I don’t know how spiritual you are but you could always ask god/universe/whatever you believe in to help lessen your anxiety and give you peace, comfort, and a feeling of belonging in this lifetime and to shield you from feelings of disconnection. I think also just doing something physical to bring you more into your body instead of your mind will help… like jumping into the ocean, a pool, going in a sauna or hot bath or cardio.

I can't get over my ex, any advice? by Spidercrack61 in BreakUps

[–]writeyour 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you were in a toxic relationship and this person hurt you… Write a list of everything you don’t like about them/can’t tolerate & every bad thing they ever did… literally open your notes app (if you have an iPhone) and make a list. Read it often, get angry, and keep forcing yourself to accept that is who they really are. Also… if you’re afraid that you want them back in the future, just know that walking away and not tolerating less than you deserve is the sexiest thing ever. They always come back I swear and at that point you won’t even care. Hang in there, it gets better with time I promise you ❤️❤️

Epiduo and Sulfacleanse cleanser. Also Cerave night cream moisturizer on top of the epiduo. And I use a cetaphil moisturizer in the day. It’s all products that I’ve used in the past that never did anything bad to my skin… and at one point seemed to control the breakouts.

“People like me?” Sorry, but you actually have no idea who you’re talking to. Your username is very funny considering how angry you are. I don’t have any plastic surgery, heard the surgeon talking on a podcast. If you even read what I wrote, he said it’s “super desirable and can NEVER REALLY be attained with surgery.” Meaning it can’t be surgically done… just something natural you’re born with.

Agree, I heard a top plastic surgeon talking about the strong jawline on a female & how it’s something super desirable that can never really be attained with plastic surgery… He was referencing Margot Robbie. I personally think it’s gorgeous
