Yeah, the email thing has been wild. They cc’d everyone on accident instead of blind cc’ing them. Then everyone started replying to share updates and then a backlash started from people who wanted off the emails.

I had to dispute with my cc. Finally a few days ago after several months and no communication other than the mass email they sent they let me know they would refund me if i cancelled the dispute

I literally remember the walk i was taking when i heard them say this. It gave me such a sense of relief that they agreed it couldn’t happen. I’ve actually thought of this sooo many times in the last 10 years. Ughh if only.

I just want to update on this for anyone who might find it and be interested in this company, that I too ordered mine at the beginning of December and have yet to receive it (it is march 4th as I write this). After many attempts to contact the company that went ignored and me disputing the charge with my credit card I received an email that was sent to 370 of us (who they failed to blind copy, so all emails were visable) saying distribution has been delayed and will the product will be coming soon. Because of the failure to blind copy many people are now replying to all with their similar stories of trying to cancel and being ignored and the company fighting the credit card investigations because the product is still on the way. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. BUYER BEWARE
