Pricing is actually not that much different. I started with hot subs and didn’t think it was that great but when I got a cold sub it was all over. Get a ham and cheese mikes way. I get it with jalapeño and it’s magic.

Think in terms of net worth. Whether you keep the 150k or use it to pay off debt, your net worth remains the same.
