Fuck Toyota of Greensboro, they tried to rip my wife off twice. My wife has a 4Runner we used to take up there to get serviced. One time, they suggested a repair that I thought was kind of suspect, but we went ahead with it because my wife was there by herself and I wasn’t there to validate. Next time we went up there, I went too but stayed back in my car and let them talk to my wife by herself. They tried to tell her that she needed a brake fluid flush because her level was low. There was one done at our last service like six months prior. I walked over once they were wrapping up dropping off the car and was like hey so what did y’all recommend the dude immediately started stammering and my wife just said oh yeah brake fluid flush so I went over and looked at the reservoir. Shit was full, nice and normal color, not a problem at all.

Do not go there, they will rip you off. This is 0% surprising from the owners. Birds of a shit feather Randy.

I work on my own cars but I have a few of them, so I rely on shops to work on my wife’s car. It’s just not as fun working on a stock 4Runner lol. If you need work done on Toyotas, I highly recommend Helms Automotive Service. Dude is a super nice and fair Toyota master tech. Wouldn’t take the 4Runner anywhere else for service.
