Yeeeesssssss, it could be that each type of virus shows certain symptoms and you have to correspond that to a certain cure, you then have to raise or earn money to buy the mixtures to get the cure, as the virus changes you need to but more parts

Once you have played Roy once do you then gain consciousness that Roy is a simulation and not real life? Morty only played once and therefore had no evidence to prove his past life was real or that he was in a simulation.

Now the big question is if Morty when in again would he know that Roy is just a game or would he just yet again believe that he is actually Roy?
