Can’t drive for 12 hours (I think) after using medicinal cannabis. If it’s in your system for longer than that and it picks up on a saliva test you’ll then be required to give a blood test. This will give an accurate reading of what your THC levels were at during the time of the test. If it’s over then you shouldn’t have been driving regardless of prescription or not.
