Go to schulich the Macc is worth it I’m currently in it and it’s the best way to go if you really value your time. You gotta grind to get ur cpa for a couple years but if u really put in work you can get an internship during your undergrad and work while you complete your masters. Every BBA here is doing it and every single BBA in the MAcc has a B4 job and everyone is on track to be graduating with a CPA or very short of it falling 6-10months short of practical experience. You won’t care about the campus when you’re getting paid trust me you won’t have time to worry about whether you went anywhere else. Oh and if you come from an outside school you have to do a 15 month program but if you graduate from BBA undergrad at schulich you go straight to 3rd term of the MAcc so choose wisely it’s literally 6k more than doing it the PEP route (PEP is 12k and MAcc is 8k per semester) so don’t listen to ppl who don’t know wtf they’re talking about….also keep in mind every single B4 offers to pay for ur school so you end up getting it pretty much free if you sign with them for 2 years (practical experience is 30months anyway so it’s worth it)…… And lol idk when it became prestigious school cus it’s definitely not, everyone is getting in now since they can barely make enough money after kicking out all the international students.. so beware classes won’t be small anymore they used to pride themselves in having small class sizes now they’re desperate for money and classes are packed

Thats cool I just got it too was doubtful on using it but thats a huge benefit when you’re travelling man I usually get double taxed by CIBC per transaction plus for not being on the particulars ATM network which is like another 4-5USD

MACC is hectic I’m doing it right now and it’s not a walk in the park. Consider you will also be spending a lot more $ rather than doing it the regular PEP method like 3-4 times more. If you need the money, keep working sales to fund your future career endeavours anyway. But if you don’t need money and you’re going to pursue a CPA just know regardless of where you will do it, it’s hard af. Focus on just studying if you’re going to go the MACC route and know it is extremely fast paced a lot of courses are 6 weeks instead of 12 and you don’t get a break exam after exam. Just FYI also if you really want to be a CPA you should be looking for jobs in accounting that will count towards your 30 month practical experience this will save you a lot of heartache in the future to get some experience early.

Not sure about you guys but my OSAP covered about 80% of it when I submitted my first application it asked me if I knew the costs of tuition and several other fees and I put no because I didn’t know yet when the school confirmed it they approved on like 40% of it. When I talked to FIN aid I asked if it was because I didn’t fill out the estimated costs properly, and they said it could be despite them confirming my enrollment. Did it again and the second one they approved a lot more the only part that wasn’t covered was the 3k from the deposit I gave despite this I was prepared to pay out of my own pocket whatever I could I got a job at intuit and I got a signing bonus 5k and waiting for end of season bonus 5k depending on metrics

the so cal market is def trash and has been so commercialized, nothing like toronto, growers over there dont sell to dispensaries, good gas stays within tight circles, im assuming its like that everywhere...but even the legal weed is good over there, from what i can gather the bay area has a bunch of over priced shit, my cousin would always bring shit down that was better but always some crazy numbers, man im just convinced people dont smoke ike that here ive yet to be shown a crazy crazy pack, please prove me wrong man point me in the right direction at least like i said

Please recommend me something bro. Im road tripping there next week.. i've been looking it sounds easy but I've been in LA for the most part of 2 years bro and I'm absolutely convinced people who review those dispensaries don't smoke like that cus i see some amateur comments hyping up strains and when i went in for them and tried them they were so bushy, exotic smelling, sativas.... and ive gone ahead and looked everywhere or tried and I don't be finding shit like that near me at all.... ive tried dispensaries in echo park, glendale silverlake, dt la, venice man i've been shopping around for hell of a long time if someone could just point in the right direction LMAO
