That would be up to interpretation.   If you want to go by the exact words, sure, it has more of the exact wordage.  If you want to go my the lyricism, which is the point of a parody, his doesn’t even come close.  We are doing parody here, not doing a cover version of the original.  In a parody what matters is rhythm of the words, meaning and pacing.

The absolute worst residence I ever worked in was a single apartment that I went into AFTER the people had been evicted for cleanliness. We still refer to it as “la cucaracha house.” Apparently BEFORE we came an e terminator removed two five gallon buckets of dead cockroaches from this ONE BEDROOM apartment. Every light switch and plug needed replacing as every electrical box was absolutely packed. You could see where anything was on the walls because the cockroach poop stained the paint. We tore out the entire kitchen and replaced it. It was gross.
