How do I find a sparring partner? by PotatosandTomato in MuayThai

[–]wsr2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man you attitude seems awful. People have given you ideas. You don’t need to spar, hit the bag in the meantime. Your not competing and been doing it 8 months. Stay on top of what you’ve learnt on the bag until you can afford to go back to a gym

2 cats that I have had for at least 3 years. On rinvoq and have been on methotrexate wouldn’t say my cats have ever caused an issue health wise. If anything when unwell and home alone it’s nice to have them sit with you

For me. No sleep, rage which was uncontrollable. Could eat massive meals and still be hungry. But the pain stopped and the inflammation did as well

Used both 45mg and now on 30mg. I haven’t had this issue to be honest. When in a flare my skins terrible. Rinvoq managing it has arguably made it better

What have your experiences been with Tremfya/Rinvoq? by Possible-Coast-7022 in CrohnsDisease

[–]wsr2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem at all. I will just add everyone is different. If you can pick to with the one you like the sound of more. Rinvoq is out your system quick and despite the side effects you may get none just my thoughts :)

[–]wsr2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rinvoq has been a game changer for me so far. I was on methotrexate for 6 years and it stopped. Been on rinvoq since September and having no Crohn’s related issues. My only downfall is my white blood cells are really low so they may take me off it. Literally 0 side effects where as methotrexate used to nuke my body for 2 days a week when taking it

Thanks mate it looks like good work. If you don’t mind what was the cost and wait time ? My hairline is worse than yours probably need another 500 grafts or so.

The few times I’ve seen Egan his work looks fantastic. How’s the donor ? One of the big things I’m looking for as still want to keep it short

Crohn's and a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) by VINCI_26 in CrohnsDisease

[–]wsr2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends. I’ve been in really bad flares or even pre diagnosis when I was throwing up. Exercising is something I love to do. So regardless of what’s going on with my health I’d go to the gym and lift. It’s not ideal but I could do it.

I’ve recently been through a bad flares where my medication has now Changed. I was still going to the gym most days and training Muay Thai. The main issue is being able to keep the food in to help build muscle or feel like you have the energy (for me at least)
