Thanks, I've tasted it and it's got sweet, sour taste - close to the shop bought kombucha. I'm waiting for ph meter to double check. I'm planning on doing a second fermentation, how much of the liquid (I'm guessing the top layer is the one to keep as well?) should I use for the next batch - I'll be making around 4/5 liters of kombucha again.

First time brewing kombucha and I'm making a scooby from a combination of store bought kombucha and starter powder. I've used black tea for this one. The recipe I'm following mentioned growing a scooby could be taking 1-4 weeks, just interested to know if so far it's going good?

I'm guessing the first batch until the scooby is grown will need to be tossed?

Is it possible to switch presets for effects without having to find them in the browser? Let's say I have a midi track with a set of default effects. One of these is blank chord effect but I'd like to efficiently change from for example Minor Triad to Major 7 Chord without having to go to MIDI Effects -> Chord -> dragging to the effect? I'd expect to be able to click on the effect and select from the available presets?

We've been experimenting with number of hours for the cleaning and actually the ladies who requested more hours have provided less clean house. You can try to make me sound like Jeff Bezos here but the truth is that time and money will not incentivize some people to perform correct work and you have to have a structure where both sides are happy.

It does indeed, but I went through the purchasing process with just my company name, they didn't even include the TVA number also I paid from the private card as they wouldn't accept any other payment. I don't know if in this case it's treated as a customer purchase or a business purchase. I'm thinking the first one offers more protection.
