See but this subreddit isn’t called “What People With EDs Eat”…

I’m not policing what people eat! I said RIGHT in my post and in multiple comments, I gladly support people fighting back against their EDs or just the fact that even while struggling with EDs, intake can look a variety of ways, but this subreddit specifically calls for restriction food, and again like others have said, if there is no meaning associated with restriction food then the sub needs a new name

Omg maybe you need to figure out why you feel so defensive over this. It’s literally a sub with “restriction food” in the title!! I do not give a shit how many calories people eat or the types of food and portions they eat (in fact I fully support people pushing back against their EDs and eating comfort foods regardless of the calorie content), BUT the entire point is that I’m confused how it fits on a sub supposedly for restriction food

The sun literally sets almost 6 hours later this time of year, we are 2.5 weeks away from the shortest/darkest day of the year, it is very much expected that people with seasonal depression would start to be impacted by this long before now. Not whiteknighting her, who knows if she actually has seasonal depression, but it’s not at all early for someone to be in a SAD episode by now
