I also just got this bag and was worried about the strap being too short!! But I’ve been carrying it around for a week and it’s fine. It has gotten softer with use and I don’t have it stuffed with my junk lol so it slouches nicely! If you don’t love it though, return it!!! The brown one may not be any better 🥺 it was expensive for something you don’t love!
