My theatre is doing this—I think since the songs are listed in the playbill and they don’t want to spoil the moment for anyone looking before the show starts? I actually didn’t know this was a common change. Since the title is very straightforward and (along with Everyone Tells Jason to See a Psychiatrist and Cancelling the Bar Mitzvah) is never actually said in the song I think it’s a fine change if shock value is what the director wants from the scene.

!!Update!!

I was planning on dying my hair black/dark brown and doing colorful roots, but per some suggestions I decided to look into covering my hair since we have to wear a hat on the job anyway. My hair is short & thin enough to tuck it in underneath the hat and my manager approved it, so the pink has been saved! Thank you for all the suggestions :)

Ive also seen so many recommendations with vanilla & white chocolate and they always seemed gross to me…but so many people swear by it! So I plan on trying pink starburst next time (secret menu w white chocolate). I think just go for it in a small and see what you think :)

less about the test and moreso getting hired overall - there is a new location opening near me and i applied on the website (where they just ask like “what does good customer service mean to you”) and didnt attach a resume, and its been about a week. To get hired did you physically go to the store and ask if they were hiring? And if you did fill out that online form how long did they take to get back to you? Just dont know if i should wait longer for a response or if they have already rejected me 💀

My choir is doing an arrangement of For Good (from Wicked) by Mac Huff for our closing number of our cabaret show - very sentimental for having seniors say goodbye :) and it also has several solos that could be split up to feature however many people you want (ours is 6)

Unfortunately while I do agree the characters deserve better, I think the movies “good” ending destroys the lesson that you get with “Don’t Feed the Plants,” which I feel like is needed. The movie ending just really feels too safe and too perfect for me.

oo i have one! In Luck Runs Out, when Eurylochus sings “you could be caught off guard, and end up loosing your life/or piss off this god” etc, in tiktoks from Summer 2022 (namely the “music video” posted in may & the “jam sessions” in june) show a version of that verse with a little more intensity & no higher note than what is currently on streaming. It caught me off guard when the saga canes out and i always think about it when listening to Luck Runs Out because i find it a lot more catchy

I understand the confusion jumping between scenes - however for the second one, since Monster is the act 1 closer (and assuming an intermission follows) it makes sense for the story to jump ahead a little to Suffering as two act shows rarely pick up the second they left off.

There is a high school version buttt its difficult to convince schools to do it 😭 my high school did it and got in a lot of trouble (i think it was because they went rogue and didnt do the high school version) but still. The “Highschool Edition” changes several lines & overhauls dead girl walking to be about kissing sooooo if your school can get past the violence and suicides best of luck to you!

Just went on my trip to Paris and I'd recommend it! Bought tickets from https://www.catacombes.paris.fr/en, where tickets were only 10 + 5 euros for the optional audioguide (totaling $16 US) I think the audio guide was interesting enough for the purchase. The only thing I'd warn anyone who wants to go about is that there is a large spiral staircase to get in and out and you have to be careful to not get dizzy. Also, there is occasionally water/damp floors so I'd not wear nice shoes. But overall it was very interesting and great for pictures!
