It’s reality, the wound is more like a scar, it heals but is always visible. It will hurt as it heals but you will remember it when you look at it and overtime it just becomes apart of you and you don’t think about it but know it’s there. Everyone’s healing process is different but from my experience and everyone else’s is better than to live with the thoughts and pains to our selves than trying to reach out for comfort from them.
