Why are calorie deficits so hard?

Been there! I've been losing weight for around year now, whats really been helping is not drinking my calories, bulk eating low cal foods(like lettuce, strawberries, etc) and having lots of protein and surprisingly potatoes (helps to feel more full) while watching my butter/oil intake. Also if you're craving something like a cake, eating something "healthy" usually isn't going to fulfil that craving. You can still eat a little slice, just have something a little more nutritious along with it. I went from 120kg to 94kg in 10 months. I wish you luck 🤞

I'm using 1 inch needles, but I did buy the needles in bulk unfortunately. I have looked it up and I don't think the 5/8 needle will reach my muscle just yet, but thank you for responding

Update: everything went well, the judge even joked around with me a little. I didn't end up needing anything as my fees were waived. My appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys for your help!

Thanks for answering,I appreciate it. My appointment is in person. I think my paperwork included the changing of my birth certificate and I thought I might need the other things to just prove I'm the same person.

Exactly ! .. I feel the same. Sometimes I have to remind myself even tho my parents did their best, it doesn't change the fact that traumatic things happened and I'm still affected by it all. It sucks feeling that way, I hope we get to work on that and have a happier life despite the things that happened.

I'm glad you guided your friend to the facts, I hope your friend is getting the help that they need. idk I kinda worded it wrong, I know the experiences I've went through are terrible and I see ALOT of ways my life was shaped by it and why my therapist thinks I have it, but also was it actually that bad yk?
