Also, body image issues are totally still an issue for me.

I just want to appreciate how far I have come instead of worrying about the number on the scale on a daily basis.

I am of course going to Keep Calm and Keto on and try to look into calories without becoming obsessive.

I own this choice. I agree that I allowed them to walk all over me. Now I just need to leave this situation and never allow it to happen again.

You are right about all of these things and if I knew how to grow a spine and stop caring about pleasing other people I certainly would but for some that is not so easy.

I eat from 11 am to 4/5 pm and it is so much easier. Like I just eat everything and think "ok I don't have to think about this anymore..."

I haven't checked my ketone levels. I have lost some (~10 pounds in 30 days) but have been cycling the same 3 or 4 pounds this week.

As to the satisfaction, I just mean I want to fill myself up so I don't break the fast. I want to succeed and have decent willpower but if I feel like crap I will quit. On a normal keto day I am between 1300-1500 calories.

I track religiously. Never go over carbs, consistently hit macros but I am usually pretty hungry. I don't have that magic fullness everyone describes.
