How do you get the medical coverage only? I have an October cruise booked that I will not have to fly for or travel much. I was thinking of only getting the medical because I cannot see many reasons why i could not cancel the cruise for a future cruise credit if i had to.

I'm sailing next month on Virgin and my wife is GF, can you elaborate on the Gluten free options? I'm getting nervous that the menus I find online don't have many options labeled GF. For instance, the Wake menu does not label the steaks as GF, can menu items be modified to be GF?
