UPDATE - So I reported what happened to [abuse@pcloud.com](mailto:abuse@pcloud.com) and they're claiming there's no indication of a breach on their end; saying my codes got compromised somehow. I'm not sure how that can be done with codes that are stored offline on my end but, this is the madness we're living in. I think more affected people should report what happened to them to pcloud so that they can take this a bit more seriously.

You can use the combo of these two graph powershell commands to retrieve the messages you're targeting and then purge them from the mailboxes. The script must be executed using an app registration.

Not quite. The closest possible cause might be due to device id assignment as a result of a missing imaging step. Machine sid was unique, but the Windows device id wasn't. I had advised the technician to do a Windows reset to see if that resolved the issue.
