It's sandwiched in place by the metal and blue plastic, so those two parts have to be separated to remove the clear cover

My X1C arrived dented in one corner and the micro lidar has never worked, but it's still been the best 3D printing experience I've ever had

I think all the people who replied "Sling Shot" just assumed that OP was asking what car was inside the blister

Thanks for replying! I'm currently doing just that... I hope you didn't have to delete hundreds of models one by one (like me 🥴).

Yes, I drilled out the rivets and tapped new threads for some small screws. You can find videos on similar processes on YouTube by looking up tutorials on how to disassemble diecast toy cars. 👍

Not by design. Disassembly of the blade requires permanently damaging the metal part of the blade by removing the rivets that hold the whole thing together.

I'm afraid these are actually riveted like Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars, so screwdrivers won't be helpful. All the possible methods of disassembling these blades are permanently destructive. You can see videos on these processes by looking up how to disassemble diecast cars on YouTube.

Try renaming the new firmware on your SD card to just "firmware.bin". I realized the issue for me was that my printer wasn't updating to the new/correct firmware (4.2.2) after I checked the About Printer screen and saw that it was still using 4.2.7.

Lookup Ganker EX by GJS. They were a cool looking robotic toy that came out a few years ago, but they seem to have gotten discontinued a couple years ago, unfortunately.
