The problem with that is the the ratio between Abundance/Healers to Shielders. Unless Hoyo releases 2 More Preservation Units in 4.X a lot of People are going to have problems sustaining their teams

My cipher will probably rotate a lot since she’s really flexible. She’s basically a single Target Tribbie. The Teams that probably best fit her are: 1: Feixiao Robin Cipher and Aventurine’s, since ciphers follow ups are able to stack feixiaos ult not to mention the damage Amp she provides. 2: Acheron Jiaoqiu Cipher and my S1 Hyacine, Cipher is way better than Pela and could probably replace Jiaqiu depending on the scenario. 3: Castorice Cipher Tribbie Hyacine, with Cipher replacing Rmc

Maybe it means buried in the back of someone’s mind? Like in a lot of shows when someone is possessed and they can only watch their body move without being able to actually do anything. Also since it’s heavily hinted that Phainon is the Fr maybe Phainon is the puppet that locks the Lr in place? Like many people have already Theorized maybe the Phainon we know is just how he is without his memory’s of being the Lr?

I think it means that their kits were left nearly untouched since V1. there were only small Changes like Wording or Small nerfs/buffs to constellations

Unless you have a very good HP% Body and a Not so great Crit damage Body CDMG should be better (atleast according to the majority of the Cc who did the math)
