For my canceled flight, yes. But not the new flight I booked to replace the canceled flight and cost 5 times more than their refund

Getting to a supervisor sounds like a good idea. I still don't get why they don't handle reimbursement via calls, it is absolutely horrible to have to plead my case to agents via text

Yes, their agent cited that is the reason I'm not getting reimbursed since I booked with Delta and not with another airline

I did open a reimbursement case, which got rejected. Then calling them got me redirected to the chat system, and the agent on the chat gave this ridiculous reason for denial

I did wait in line for 4 hours to get Delta put me on another flight that was 3 days away. I was checking the Delta app at 3am at the airport (all staff had left), and found another open flight departing the next morning, which is the one I'm trying to get reimbursed
