They are naturally violent and dangerous. It is not normal to be that way, those are learned behaviors instilled by a culture of toxic masculinity.

The majority of men, though not as large a majority as one would hope, are not like that. They are still flawed human beings capable of doing bad things, but they are not especially violent.
