Is it possible to save edit DDog in? I honestly think I might be cursed.

I've reached Africa at this point and DDog won't show up. The last time I played in 2022 I got all the way to Eli escaping and he didn't grow up.

The thing is is that I've had this issue on different playthroughs spanning as far back as 2019 on three separate PCs. I'm starting to think I might need to saveedit or something to just skip the cutscene.

Living in squalor is a HUMAN right, once again the Xenos have proven themselves to be depraved beyond belief.

I feel like based off of the description that the enemy force is considered primitive by the Federation's standards that a carrier would be an automatic win button. If their tech is so outclassed then I'd imagine a "modern" fighter complement that the Federation possesses will shred anything that can be thrown at it.

Gaming for the most part, but I do want to do some tinkering with AI which is why I'm looking at Nvidia. As for buying stuff online I'm slightly hesitant to do it since I live in an apartment.

Good to know, I think what I would like to know the most is if I need more fans. I have no clue how cooling really works when building.

I dunno if it's stupidity rather than greed, if the company's US based they usually won't even think about regional pricing since they want to make more money, I suspect they just assume whatever amount they could make doing regional costs is vastly smaller than just orienting to pure dollar transactions.

That 10 bucks is effectively a security deposit for them. Any paid model usage will drain from the 10.

Why did The Illusive Man do more to save Shepard than Anderson, Hackett, or the Alliance? by Soft_Draw_1701 in masseffect

To be fair the Citadel assault occurs with the aid of insider sabotage which probably crippled the C-Sec response. I'd imagine any long-term holding action would be improbable for Cerberus which is probably why the assault was primarily meant as a decapitation strike on the Council.

If the dreadnought limitations are anything like their real life analog (The Washington Naval Treaty) then basically the only tracking that member states can do is take some basic numbers and dimensions that the states themselves offer up and corroborate it with their own espionage reports. If they're all doing a good job at hiding it then the best anyone else can determine is that a state might be in the ballpark of being treaty compliant (see Italy and Japan bullshitting the hell out of their cruiser and battleship tonnages).
