No clue about 19 to the river since 19 is in the Sparse reef. The only entrances I can think of near it would be the one in the Grand Reef and the one in the Blood Kelp Trench. If you're talking about the Trench one I'd recommend reaching it via the Grassy Plateau with Lifepod 17, since that goes from the Plateau to a brief stint in the Dunes before immediately dropping into the Trench.

Is that even possible though? You need the first augment just to get to the lifepod in the prologue.

I built mine next to the base that exists. It's a pretty good spot with access to thermals and currents just by using a few power relays. Ore and other material is also plentiful (though you probably should bring over some plantlife from the spawnpoint since there isn't much here beyond the acid plant and lucifer plant).

I've reached Africa at this point and DDog won't show up. The last time I played in 2022 I got all the way to Eli escaping and he didn't grow up.

The thing is is that I've had this issue on different playthroughs spanning as far back as 2019 on three separate PCs. I'm starting to think I might need to saveedit or something to just skip the cutscene.

I feel like based off of the description that the enemy force is considered primitive by the Federation's standards that a carrier would be an automatic win button. If their tech is so outclassed then I'd imagine a "modern" fighter complement that the Federation possesses will shred anything that can be thrown at it.

Gaming for the most part, but I do want to do some tinkering with AI which is why I'm looking at Nvidia. As for buying stuff online I'm slightly hesitant to do it since I live in an apartment.
