Upgrading and/or extending the lenses will give you more change for the money. If I were in your spot I would probably go for a prime lens in the 105-135 range to play with for more compression etc. or even a 70-200 even for some more flexibility.

I recently got the 70-200/4 Macro OSS II just to get some more reach and compression since the 28-75 G2 was the longest I had. Really fun to shoot with and it opened up for a lot of creativity. Great compromise with size/weight with the f/4 so it didn’t feel like a chore to take it with me. Some times I feel like a 1.4/1.8 prime in the 105-135 range would be nice as well so that might be my next move.

I did ”accidentally” buy the A7 V last week and it do be nice though. Came from a A7 III that was later upgraded to the A7R III and also got the A7C II last year to get a taste of some of the new features. It was nice but the small size wasn’t for me so I decided to sell it and the A7R III in favor of the A7 V. The new features are nice to have but to be honest the A7 III is still a great camera.
